GENERAL VENUE QUESTIONS
We offer two venues at Havana Springs! The Shady Rest Building offers a max capacity of 175 and Nicholson House has a maximum capacity of 75 guests.
We want to ensure you don’t feel rushed on your special day at Havana Springs, so your wedding rental period will be 8am-11pm, regardless of the day of the week!
We understand and appreciate that animals are extensions of our families, so we are happy to welcome your pet to the property. We just ask that clients let us know in advance what animals will be on the property, and that clients ensure animals are kept on a leash and remain outdoors (with the exception of service animals).
Yes! Havana Springs has several uniquely decorated suites and most sleep up to 4! We can comfortably sleep up to 40 guests. Each of our unique guest suites has a historic theme with comfy bedding, spacious bathrooms, mini kitchens, refrigerators, microwaves, flat screen TV, and Aveda organic bath products. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. We look forward to seeing you!
While there is plenty of on-site parking for any size wedding, we highly recommend having your guest stay on-site if they will be consuming alcoholic beverages. It is important to note that Uber and Lyft will often bring guests to Havana Springs but will rarely service for pick-up. Please let your guests know not to count on these services.
Vehicles can be left on the property overnight as long as they are retrieved by 10:00am the following day. We want you and your guests to have fun and be safe!
We kindly request that all tours are by appointment only. You can conveniently schedule your tour right online by CLICKING HERE.
We require a signed contract and a $500 deposit to secure a date. Whomever requests to start the Use Agreement process by email first for a specific date will be first in line.
FOOD & BEVERAGE QUESTIONS
Havana Springs is proud to work closely with one of the most highly-acclaimed catering companies in the area. Having that close partnership allows Havana Springs to ensure the quality and service you and your guests receive will exceed all standards. However, you’re not required to use our caterer! You’re welcome to use your own caterer, we just ask that the food is prepared prior to coming onsite and ready to be served! No kitchen access is granted to outside caterers.
Absolutely not! We want our food and beverage options to be as elegant or affordable as your budget allows, and therefore we don’t have a food and beverage or guest count minimum.
Outside food and drink is permitted prior to the ceremony for breakfast or lunch, but is not allowed after the start of the event. We will gladly set up a breakfast or lunch area for you.
